Our servers undergo regular wipes as part of standard gameplay. We are not responsible for any in-game progress or items lost during wipes, server crashes, or technical issues. VIP benefits persist across wipes as described in your purchase.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Forgepoint and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. We provide our services "as is" without any warranties.
