Refund Policy

All purchases on Forgepoint are voluntary donations that support the server and its development. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This strict no-refund policy applies to all situations, including but not limited to:

• Server wipes (wipes are a normal part of Rust)
• Game balance changes affecting your perks
• Accidental or unintended purchases
• Deciding to stop playing or changing servers
• Being banned for rule violations
• Server downtime or technical issues
• Changes to VIP perks or features
• Discontinuation of any service or server
• Dissatisfaction with the product or service
• Failure to link accounts correctly
• Any circumstance not explicitly listed above

Review your order carefully before completing payment. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Digital Content Acknowledgement

By making a purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered. Virtual items are delivered immediately upon purchase confirmation.

Subscription Billing

For VIP subscriptions:

• Billing frequency: Your subscription renews automatically at the interval shown (monthly or as specified)
• Payment amount: The amount shown at checkout will be charged each billing period. Prices may change with notice.
• Payment method: The same payment method used for your initial purchase will be charged for renewals
• Failed payments: If a renewal payment fails, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled without refund for any partial period

How to Cancel a Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to any refund:

1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Click "Manage Subscription" or "Billing Portal"
3. Select the subscription you want to cancel
4. Click "Cancel subscription"

When you cancel, you'll keep your VIP perks until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds, pro-rata refunds, or credits are given for unused time under any circumstances.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Do not file a chargeback or payment dispute under any circumstances. Filing a chargeback constitutes a breach of these terms and results in:

• Permanent ban from all Forgepoint servers
• Ban from the Forgepoint Discord
• Immediate revocation of all VIP perks and items
• Potential collection action for chargeback fees and associated costs

By making a purchase, you agree that any payment dispute shall be resolved directly with Forgepoint through our Discord support, not through your bank or payment provider. If you have any issues with your purchase, contact us first in Discord.

Delivery Issues

If you don't receive your items within 15 minutes of purchase while connected to the server, open a support ticket in Discord. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your purchased items. Delivery issues are not grounds for a refund. We will work to resolve any delivery problems, but our liability is limited to re-attempting delivery of the purchased items.

Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any products, services, perks, or features at any time without notice or refund. This includes changing VIP benefits, adjusting game balance, shutting down servers, or discontinuing the service entirely. No refunds or compensation will be provided for any service changes.

Account Termination

If your account is terminated for any reason, including violation of our terms or server rules, all purchased items and subscriptions are forfeited without refund. We have no obligation to provide refunds, credits, or compensation for terminated accounts.

Limitation of Remedies

In the event of any issue with your purchase, our sole obligation and your exclusive remedy is limited to re-delivery of the purchased virtual items. Under no circumstances shall we be obligated to provide monetary refunds, credits, or any other form of compensation.
