1. Digital Goods

All products sold through our store are digital goods (VIP subscriptions, in-game perks, and benefits). Due to the nature of digital goods being delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Why No Refunds?

We maintain a strict no-refund policy because:

• All purchases are for digital goods that are delivered immediately
• VIP benefits are applied to your account instantly upon purchase
• Clear descriptions of all products are provided before purchase
• All prices are clearly displayed before checkout
• You have the opportunity to review your order before completing payment

3. Subscription Cancellations

While refunds are not available, you may cancel your VIP subscription at any time:

• Cancelling prevents future recurring charges
• You will retain benefits until the end of your current billing period
• No refund will be issued for unused time in your current billing period
• Cancellation is immediate and can be done through your account page

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 server uptime. However, no refunds will be issued for:

• Scheduled server maintenance or wipes
• Temporary service interruptions or downtime
• Technical issues or bugs (we will work to resolve these promptly)
• Server population changes or gameplay experience
• Rule violations resulting in account suspension or ban

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate purchase will result in:

• Immediate revocation of purchased benefits
• Permanent ban from all Forgepoint services
• Account termination
• Potential legal action to recover costs

Chargebacks should only be used for fraudulent or unauthorized transactions. If you have concerns about a purchase, please contact us first through our Discord server.

6. Account Bans

If your account is banned for violating our Terms of Service or server rules:

• No refunds will be issued for any purchases
• All VIP benefits will be immediately revoked
• Subscription payments will continue until cancelled
• Ban appeals can be submitted through our Discord server

7. Before You Purchase

To ensure you're satisfied with your purchase:

• Read all product descriptions carefully
• Review prices and billing terms before checkout
• Ensure you're purchasing the correct item
• Ask questions in our Discord if you're unsure
• Understand that subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled

8. Exceptions

The only exceptions to our no-refund policy are:

• Fraudulent or unauthorized charges (with proof)
• Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges
• Services not delivered due to our error

These exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis and require verification. Contact us immediately if you believe one of these exceptions applies.

9. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on refunds, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
