Item Perks brings over 50 unique enhancements to your favorite Rust weapons, tools, and armor. These special abilities can give you an edge in combat, resource gathering, crafting, and more.

What are Enhanced Items?

When an item has a perk, it will be prefixed with "Enhanced" (e.g., "Enhanced Assault Rifle"). These items gain special abilities that can significantly boost your performance. Enhanced items also have a valuable benefit: they will not lose maximum condition when repaired, allowing them to last longer!

Some Enhanced items can even have multiple perks! There's a 25% chance for an item to gain a second perk, and a 10% chance for it to gain a third perk after successfully rolling its first.
